OKULU is a scholarship and mentorship program implemented to promote academic excellence, ethics and inter-generational exchange. Mentors ( ONE GABON members) are matched with high school students in Gabon. Then students are incentivized to reach academic goals and learn about entrepreneurial mindset.  The program will be implemented in two phases.
